In a house an absolutely clean and healthy bathroom not only does look attractive enough but also rejuvenates you. Normally a person can tolerate a dirty bed or a drawer full of dust but an unhealthy bathroom is not the same thing. The thing is that you need to clean the bathroom once in a week but this should be done at more times if you have a large family. Today nearly all bathrooms are made up of such materials that can be easily kept as neat and clean. Most of the people do not like cleaning the bathroom (hiring a maid can be a solution) and this is something people need to take care of which help in making the bathroom would look hygienic.

Soft detergents are used for gentle bathroom fixtures and if there are stains or grime then only use deep cleansers. Use disinfectant to avoid any production of microorganisms. Whenever after you use bathtub rub it with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid cleaning with a rough cleaner or a steel wool on fiber or acrylic furnished tubs. Clean up the bathroom doors with small quantity of ammonia in water and scrub it with a brush. This helps in cleansing the door which usually gets messed up due to the soap foam that gets attached to it.

To get the sparkling affect like as shown in TV ads use an all purpose cleanser. Just put it near the wall of the tub and for some minutes leave it and then rinse it off. You will find out that your bathtub seems to be a new one. Also it is necessary to clean up your showerhead and this can be done by tying up the showerhead with a plastic bag with white vinegar and leaving it overnight.

Shower enclosures are something which is quiet a tough work to keep clean but still it can be made easy by being regular. After each shower use a towel to wipe off the shower walls. This helps in preventing the mildew to grow on them. If the area is mildew prone then you could use a mildew inhibitor or spray a disinfectant. Sometimes water spots appear on the metal frame on the bathroom doors. This would be removed by the use of lemon oil.

You could also coat the tiles of your bathroom with furniture polish. It has been found out that furniture polish prevents soap scum buildup and water spots. Clean out the deposits in a showerhead by removing it and soaking it with vinegar. Brush out the deposits and clean the holes with a wire or toothpick. This would help in the regular flow of the water which would not have been possible if there had been deposits as they would have obstructed the water flow completely.

Cleaning the bathroom is a very cool thing to do and it does not take much time if done regularly. On the way with appropriate techniques used it is same as like a part time.
